WHAT HAPPENS IF THERE IS A MISTAKE WITH MY ORDER?
If we have made a mistake with your order, we will remake it for you at no charge. If you find that you have made a mistake, we can usually remake it for you at a reduced cost plus shipping.
WHERE IS THE NICKNAME USED?
If a nickname is provided, it will be used throughout the personalized story instead of the child's first name.
CAN I RETURN MY ORDER?
Personalized items can not be returned.
HOW QUICKLY WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Most personalized books and CDs ship within 3 business days if the product is in stock. Each product lists the production time on the order page so be sure to check the production time before ordering. We also offer a 24 hour rush service on most items, if available it will appear on the order page. Keep in mind that this is the time it takes to prepare your order. Shipping time is separate and you can choose from media mail, priority mail or overnight shipping. (If paying by check, order processing begins when your check clears our bank.)
